With nearly a decade of experience, Jesús represents a diverse group of clients in the energy, technology, and financial services sectors and provides a full range of integrated services to clients developing and selling technology enabled services and preparing material commercial agreements that are central to their businesses. As part of his practice, Jesús has been embedded within the legal department of one of the world’s largest oilfield services providers for temporary periods to cover special projects as in-house counsel, giving him a unique perspective on the critical issues and internal pressures facing clients allowing him to provide practical advice to meet his clients' objectives.
Jesús acts as outside counsel with lead-lawyer responsibilities with representative experience in: technology and data-related agreements; joint venture and joint development agreements; managed service provider and outsourcing agreements; transition services agreements; distribution and reseller agreements; manufacturing, supplier and sales agreements; maintenance, service and support agreements; and other services transactions. Jesús is bilingual and negotiates in English and Spanish.
