Jahmy S. Graham is part of a team that represents clients in cases that involve healthcare, contract, warranty, tort, environmental, securities, and product liability claims. In particular, Jahmy has successfully litigated several consumer class actions involving claims of alleged false advertising, including obtaining victories at trial, class certification, and dispositive motion practice. His experience also extends to arbitration and general civil defense. A fluent Spanish speaker, Jahmy externed at the Federal Court of Appeals of Argentina and the US District Court for the Central District of California.
As a member of the Los Angeles office’s Pro Bono Committee, Jahmy has also been keenly involved in the firm’s Pro Bono practice, where he has handled a broad range of matters, including immigration, civil rights, and family law.
In law school, Jahmy served on the Southwestern Law Review staff and the board of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. The American Board of Trial Advocates’ Los Angeles Chapter recognized Jahmy for excellence in preparation for trial practice.
