Justine M. Leach helps clients meet their business goals through intellectual property protection and management. She advises investors and companies on patent preparation and prosecution, due diligence, non-infringement and invalidity opinions, technology agreements, and patent litigation matters. Clients also turn to Justine for advice in patent portfolio management, primarily in the fields of pharmaceuticals, chemistry, food science, nanotechnology, materials science, and medical devices.
While a law student, Justine volunteered with the University of Pennsylvania Center for Technology Transfer. Before attending law school, she was a science adviser at a Boston law firm, where she provided technical advice to attorneys, particularly in the pharmaceutical area.
