Joseph A. Nuccio represents employers in employment law disputes before US federal and state trial courts and administrative agencies. He specializes in representing and counseling clients on matters involving wage and hour compliance and collective and class actions; workforce change, including restructurings, outsourcings, and related transactions; and whistleblower claims. Clients also turn to Joseph to investigate harassment and discrimination claims, assist with employee disciplinary issues, negotiate separation agreements, and prepare and revise incentive compensation plans and employee policies and handbooks. Joseph's preferred pronouns are he/him/his.

Joseph started his legal career as an associate in the labor and employment practice of a national law firm, where he was based in the firm's Newark, New Jersey, office.
