Joel M. Purles represents clients in civil commercial litigation, focusing on representing employers in federal and state employment matters, including claims of wage and hour violation, retaliation, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the First Amendment of the US Constitution, and similar state law.
