John A. Hreno represents corporate borrowers, direct lenders, and large financial institutions involved in a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions, such as first and second lien financings, acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, real estate financings, asset-based facilities, and working capital facilities. He advises on transactions across various industries, including technology, media and telecommunications, financial services, energy, and retail.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, John led a regional policy analysis group at a federal program administered by the US Office of National Drug Control Policy to develop public health-public safety partnerships. His previous international experience includes temporary and consulting projects with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana, the Inter-American Development Bank, and Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights.
