John K. Mickles is part of a team that focuses on diverse transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, financing, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work involve restructuring, tax, and securities, including public and private equity and debt offerings. He represents public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters and strategic transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, John interned for a Fortune 500 energy company’s in-house department.

While attending law school, John was a student attorney in the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship, where he assisted a local area non-profit organization and a startup social media company. He was also a member of the Villanova Law Review and the president of the Corporate Law Society. Prior to law school, John was a litigation and labor & employment paralegal.
