Jonathan Tang advises on restructurings, workouts, and corporate insolvency. Jonathan also advises and represents insolvency professionals, companies, and creditors in Judicial Management, Schemes of Arrangement, and winding up proceedings before the Singapore High Court. He also acts for clients in a range of commercial litigation and arbitration matters. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis Stamford, Jonathan worked at two leading local law firms and was also attached for three months at Essex Court Chambers in London.
