Jon Weinberg is part of a team that advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and counseling. Jon helps employers and management resolve issues, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
While in law school, Jon participated in the Employment Law Clinic and Sports Law Clinic, served as Director of Alumni Relations & Careers of the American Constitution Society, and was Digital Director of OnLabor and Executive Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.
Before attending law school, Jon served as an AmeriCorps VISTA, assisting with the development of sustainable web-based infrastructure to improve access to and the delivery of disaster legal services for survivors in need of assistance.
