Jonathan Ng advises domestic and international private equity and venture fund clients, including sponsors and institutional investors, on formation, structuring, regulatory and compliance, and investment in and secondary sale of portfolios in private funds. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jon worked in the legal and policy departments of Silicon Valley technology companies, where he advised cross-functional teams on data privacy and international regulatory compliance matters.
Jon maintains an active pro bono practice advising nonprofits and small businesses in their entity formation, governance, and general corporate matters. While in law school, Jon worked closely with teams from the Fuqua School of Business, advising on corporate governance issues and blockchain related projects.
