Jordan Mundell represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters in United States federal and state courts, with a particular focus on antitrust and complex commercial litigation across the technology, transportation, retail, and food and beverage industries. Jordan’s practice includes multidistrict antitrust litigation, class action defense, and direct action defense. Jordan brings his past governmental experience to assist clients with their regulatory compliance activities.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jordan worked as an attorney at the Australian Taxation Office where he investigated and litigated tax fraud, complex commercial disputes, international tax issues, and other regulatory compliance issues. Jordan developed significant trial experience where he successfully tried civil matters in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings, and has led numerous mediations and negotiations.
