Joseph D. Hadacek defends clients facing employment-related disputes ranging from class, collective, and representative wage and hour actions to single plaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Drawing from this experience, Joe helps employers understand the demands of an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment and its interplay with diverse workplace cultures.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Joe was an associate with a global labor and employment law firm. He began his legal career as an assistant corporation counsel for the New York City Law Department.
Joe is veteran of the US Air Force, where he served four years of active duty as a drummer and percussionist for the Band of Mid-America.
