Joseph J. Mammone, Jr., is part of a team regularly advising clients on a variety of labor and employment issues, including US federal and state claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, violations of leave law, violations of wage and hour law, and unfair competition claims to enforce employment agreements and protect confidential information. The group represents clients in all stages of litigation, in labor arbitration, and advises clients on proactive litigation-avoidance strategies.
