Jose M. Sabalbaro is a litigator who represents a broad range of clients in complex commercial, corporate and class-action litigation. Jose handles all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeals. Jose also maintains a robust pro-bono practice, representing individuals in civil rights and immigration proceedings.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Jose was a litigation associate at a large regional firm and a Philadelphia litigation boutique. During this time, Jose gained experience representing clients in antitrust, personal injury, business tort, and complex contractual disputes. Jose also has extensive experience representing individuals in Title IX proceedings across the country. Immediately prior to attending law school, Jose worked as a federal contractor, gaining experience in project management and federal acquisition regulations in the aviation sector.
Jose is also active in the community, currently serving as the President of the Board of Trustees of the South Jersey Young Professionals Association.
