Joshua Bautz focuses his practice on a wide range of securities regulatory issues facing investment advisers, including private investment funds and large financial institutions. He provides counsel to these companies on regulatory compliance, US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) examinations, preparation of policies and procedures, and structure and operations.

While in law school, Joshua served as a legal intern at the SEC. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Joshua worked at a securities litigation law firm that specialized in SEC, FINRA and state regulatory investigations, federal and state security claims, white collar criminal defense, and FINRA arbitrations.
