Joyce Ma focuses her practice on capital markets, regulatory compliance, and other general corporate matters. She advises issuers, sponsors, and underwriters on initial public offerings in Hong Kong and has experience in advising Hong Kong listed issuers on listing rules related compliance matters and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Joyce has worked at other international law firm. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
