He handles claims involving alleged wage and hour violations, misappropriation of trade secrets, restrictive covenants and employee mobility issues, sales commission disputes, discrimination, disability accommodation, leaves of absence, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
J.P.’s advice and counsel experience includes advising clients on wage and hour issues, counseling on personnel and termination decisions, revising handbooks and policies, and apprising clients of new legal developments. Before joining Morgan Lewis, J.P. practiced employment litigation and counseling at another international law firm. At UCLA Law, he received the awards of Moot Court Honors and Outstanding Brief Writer after earning one of the top overall scores in UCLA Law’s moot court competition.
