Juan C. Mora is part of a team of lawyers that advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, involving both public and private companies. While in law school, Juan was an executive editor for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law and a student attorney for the Michigan Innocence Clinic. Juan is admitted in New York only, and his practice is supervised by California Bar members.
Prior to Morgan Lewis, Juan served in both Iraq and Afghanistan with the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft loadmaster. He continues to serve as an Air Force reservist and remains involved in the veteran community. He is a Service to School ambassador, helping veterans navigate the law school admission process.
