Julia R. Wynn works on a team that focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work involve restructuring, tax, and securities, including public and private equity and debt offerings. She advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies.
While in law school, Julia was a member of the first American team to win the International and European Tax Moot Court Competition, hosted in Leuven, Belgium by KU Leuven. Each year of law school, she was elected to serve on the board of Virginia Law Women in various capacities, including as Chair of the Annual Women in Big Law Event. Julia also served as an editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law. Prior to attaining her J.D., Julia worked with a team that provided consulting services to startup organizations.
