Julie Palmer’s practice focuses on litigation arising from energy and infrastructure projects, environmental compliance and permitting, and general commercial litigation. She counsels clients in all phases of infrastructure projects, including diligence and negotiation, compliance and project counsel during construction, and disputes. Her environmental work spans investigations, cost recovery and contribution actions, and enforcement actions.

Before law school, Julie was a civil engineer and worked on site planning, engineering site design, Chapter 40B projects, hydrological design, utilities design, and surveying.
