Julius M. Rogenhofer

Julius Rogenhofer advises banks, investment funds, and asset managers on a range of structured finance transactions, including mortgage and asset-backed securitizations, real-estate-backed funding structures, and loan portfolio financings. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Julius worked as a structured finance associate at another international law firm. His work leverages research and analytical skills honed during an MPhil and Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge and a secondment at a leading investment bank. Beyond his core practice area, Julius has experience with derivatives and trusts transactions.
