Karin Khominsky focuses on regulatory matters involving investment advisers, broker-dealers, investment companies, mutual funds, and a variety of other transactional matters involving private investment funds. She assists clients with securities law issues, ongoing compliance, filings and registration matters, and corporate governance. Karin is fluent in Russian.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Karin worked at the US Department of Justice and the US Department of State, assisting in both foreign relations and domestic matters.
While attending the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Karin was a senior editor of the Journal of International Law, and is a trained mediator who has led several successful mediations as part of the Penn Law Mediation Clinic.
Karin also holds a Wharton Certificate in Management from the Wharton School, and served as a student ambassador in Washington, DC for the Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative.
