Katherine A. Vaky is a member of the firm’s litigation practice. She has an in-depth knowledge of federal litigation at the pre-trial, trial, and appellate stages. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Katherine taught Federal Courts and Federal Litigation as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Katherine spent the first three years of her career at the federal courts, clerking at the US District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania and at the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. She has worked on a broad spectrum of litigation matters ranging from regulatory and administrative law litigation to employment discrimination and class actions.
