Katrina Slack counsels clients on a variety of commercial and technology transactions, with an emphasis on intellectual property ownership, licensing, and protection. Katrina assists clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, joint development agreements, supply and manufacturing agreements, and sponsored research agreements. She also has experience advising clients on intellectual property ownership and material contracts in mergers and acquisitions and drafting website terms of service and privacy policies.

During law school, Katrina worked at a boutique law firm in San Francisco, focusing on criminal intellectual property enforcement and online anti-counterfeit monitoring. Before practicing law, she worked as a legal assistant for Sony Pictures Entertainment in Los Angeles.
