Kellie Chen represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including employment discrimination and employment-related cases in state and federal courts. She also counsels clients on various issues ranging from general compliance to coronavirus (COVID-19) related guidance.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Kellie was an associate at a national labor and employment boutique, where her practice focused on litigation matters and assisting employers with related compliance issues. During law school, Kellie was an executive production editor for the Northwestern Journal of International Human Rights.
