Kevin J. Spinella focuses his practice on intellectual property and patent litigation, with experience in matters before the International Trade Commission, US district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) including inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, and other tribunals. Kevin has experience managing, drafting, and contributing to all phases of litigation, including pleadings, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, claim construction, pre-trial, and trial. He also has experience in trade secret and breach of contract litigation disputes and advises on matters involving electrical and mechanical technologies and software.
Kevin has handled matters involving a diverse range of technologies, including software and internet technologies, mobile phones, medical devices, electronics, and consumer goods. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
