L. Keven Hayworth is the firmwide director of technical services provided through the eData Practice. In this role, Keven has overall responsibility for the technology, operations, and practice technology personnel in the eData Practice. He leads a team of management professionals who direct and supervise the delivery of eData's technology-based services to all of the firm's practices and clients through a group of more than 50 subject matter experts. Services are focused on delivering technical counsel, project management, and discovery and data management services throughout the life-cycle of client matters, with an emphasis on electronic discovery, machine learning, data analytics, and related data processing and analysis.
Keven is also a litigation attorney and law firm management professional whose 25 year practice focuses on electronic discovery, digital case information technology, and workflow processes, particularly in the context of complex and high-stakes business litigation. Case and matter context includes major civil litigation, white-collar criminal matters, government and internal investigations, and second request reviews.
Keven has experience managing distributed teams to address complex electronic discovery projects, including client data infrastructure assessment and the subsequent preservation, acquisition, review, and production of electronic materials. He has also participated in numerous panels and thought leadership groups in the area of electronic discovery.
As part of his commitment to public service, Keven spent two years working through the United States Peace Corps to install computers and integrate them into the science and math curriculum for high schools located throughout The Gambia, West Africa.
