Katerina Heal counsels clients on UK and international taxation in areas that include general corporate transactions and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, UK-based asset sales, international financing transactions, international securities offerings, and international aviation transactions. Katerina’s practice includes providing tax advice to multinational groups on establishment of their operations in the UK, covering a variety of UK and non-UK tax aspects of such operations as well as group reorganizations.
Katerina advises UK and international sponsors and investors on matters involving private equity funds, including fund formation and operation and transactions in secondary fund interests. Before she joined Morgan Lewis, Katerina earned an M.A. in taxation (law, administration, and practice) and worked as a tax associate in the London office of an international law firm.
