Kimberli A. Diggs focuses her practice on litigating employment matters, including individual discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims as well as wage and hour collective, representative, and class actions. She has successfully compelled arbitration, assisted in advancing high-stakes litigation to defeat class certification, and negotiated favorable outcomes of wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff matters. In addition to her litigation practice, Kimberli provides tailored and proactive advice on day-to-day employee relations and human resources issues, conducts internal investigations, and counsels clients on termination decisions, disciplinary, and performance issues.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kimberli worked as an associate for a global law firm specializing in representing management-side labor and employment matters. While in law school, Kimberli served as a judicial extern for Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson of the US District Court Southern District of Indiana.
