Kenneth Imo is the firmwide director of diversity and inclusion (D&I) for Morgan Lewis. In this capacity, Kenneth works closely with firm leaders to ensure that D&I plays a central role in client engagement and in the recruitment, career development, retention, and advancement of lawyers of all seniority levels.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kenneth led the diversity efforts of a large international law firm and, before that, he practiced law at another firm where he represented clients on D&I matters. Before going into private practice, Kenneth served as a captain in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.
