Kathryn M. Nazarian concentrates on employment litigation, including the defense of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She advises on employee termination risk assessment, wage and hour compliance, and recruiting and hiring. Kate reviews and drafts employment-related agreements, such as management severance agreements, and employee handbooks and personnel policies. Kate works pro bono for nonprofit and charitable organizations. She was a judicial extern to Administrative Law Judge Anne Beytin Torkington of the US Department of Labor.
