Korey Inglin advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on public and private securities offerings, securities law, and corporate governance. Korey also advises public companies on Securities Exchange Act of 1934 disclosure obligations and compliance with NYSE and Nasdaq rules. As a member of the firm’s capital markets and public companies practice, Korey represents established and early-stage companies in a variety of industries, primarily in the life science, energy, technology, and retail industries. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Korey was an associate in the New York office of another major international law firm.
