Korey Inglin advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on public and private securities offerings, securities law, and corporate governance. As a member of the firm’s capital markets and public companies practice, he represents established and early stage companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences, energy, and financial services. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Korey was an associate in the New York office of another major international law firm. Korey is admitted in New York only, and his practice is supervised by NJ Bar members.
