Kristin E. Niver draws on an extensive background in real estate finance and development, and prior training as an urban planner, to represent developers, equity investors, and financial institutions in commercial real estate transactions. Kristin’s experience includes acquisitions, sales, joint venture arrangements, market-rate and affordable multi-family housing, condominium, hotel, retail, office, and mixed-use projects.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kristin was an associate in the real estate practice of another international law firm, where she counseled equity investors involved in transactions utilizing low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits, and historic tax credits.
