Kristi K. Thielen represents and counsels companies in a broad range of corporate business transactions including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters. While attending law school, Kristi represented incarcerated individuals in federal court through the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic and worked for a law firm specializing in corporate and intellectual property licensing agreements. Additionally, Kristi lectured as a teaching assistant for the UC Davis Political Science and Human Rights departments and was nominated for the Outstanding Graduate Teaching Award.

Prior to law school, Kristi was a California Assembly Legislative Aide to the now-Attorney General of California, Rob Bonta, and worked for a consulting firm, managing campaigns throughout the state of California.
