Kyle A. Jacobsen serves clients across a diverse range of practice areas, including white collar litigation, complex commercial matters, and antitrust litigation. His clients largely occupy the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kyle worked as a litigation associate for a Philadelphia-based law firm, where he focused on white collar criminal defense, complex commercial litigation, securities litigation and enforcement, and government affairs litigation.
During law school, Kyle interned for US District Court Judges Juan R. Sanchez and L. Felipe Restrepo of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also served as a staff member and note/comment editor for the Temple Law Review. After graduation, Kyle served as a law clerk to US District Court Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
