Lauren Goodman Lefebvre advises real estate developers, owners, and investors on single and multi-asset real estate transactions involving office, retail, condominium, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. A significant part of her practice involves advising clients on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of complex joint venture development projects, many of which involve traditional and non-traditional joint venture structures used to acquire the property.
Lauren also counsels borrowers and lenders in real estate finance matters, including loan originations, modifications, and restructurings. She additionally represents borrowers in the financing of projects that involve GSA leases.
While at Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, Lauren was a note and comment editor for The Catholic University Law Review. Before law school, she worked in government relations at the Children’s Defense Fund.
