Lauren Wenner’s practice focuses on securities-related investigations and litigation as well as complex business litigation. She represents clients in proceedings brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Enforcement and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Lauren has experience in many phases of litigation, including fact investigation, motion practice, and discovery.
Lauren also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals in immigration and unlawful detainer matters. She previously served as an extern at the US Office of Special Counsel in Washington, DC, and as a law clerk at a mid-sized law firm in San Francisco. Lauren has experience representing social enterprises and nonprofit organizations as a student attorney for the Georgetown Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic.
