Lily G. Becker represents clients from a diverse range of industries, from pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers to national retailers and financial services entities. Lily focuses her practice on the representation of individuals and organizations in white collar litigation and government investigations and complex commercial litigation. Her white collar work focuses on defense of clients in qui tam lawsuits arising under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and a variety of other provisions of state and federal law. She maintains an active pro bono practice, as part of which she has represented multiple children involved in the DHS system as well as a prisoner asserting violations of his civil rights in federal court.
