Leigha Beckman focuses her practice on antitrust litigation, particularly in the technology sector. Prior to law school, she supported testifying experts in performing financial, accounting, and economic analysis in complex business disputes. During law school, Leigha served as an extern for Judge Tigar in United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and as a law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission, Western Region in San Francisco.
In law school, Leigha served as executive SCOCA editor for the Hastings Law Journal. She organized a symposium focusing on state and local control of housing in California, which brought together housing and land use attorneys from across the Bay Area and featured both academic and practitioner panelists.
Prior to law school, Leigha worked in dispute advisory services for financial, accounting, and intellectual property experts. As a director, she served as the engagement lead for client firms and managed all testifying expert work product produced in federal litigation, including expert reports and supporting analyses. She specialized in intellectual property matters, particularly patent damages and valuation.
