Lindsay L. Vest counsels clients across a variety of employment areas. She advises clients on employment discrimination matters, noncompete agreements, and arbitration agreements; works to create employment policies and agreements; and provides ongoing counsel on a variety of employment matters. Lindsay works with employers from diverse industries, including retail, technology, financial services, energy, and manufacturing.

Lindsay helps companies respond to workplace crisis situations related to workplace misconduct, including sexual harassment, advising and counseling employers on appropriate responses to such issues and defending companies in related matters. She also defends employers in a broader range of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; and in claims made under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD) and the Pennsylvania Human Rights Act (PHRA).
Lindsay initially joined Morgan Lewis in 2005. After a stint with an esteemed boutique employment firm headquartered in Philadelphia, she returned to Morgan Lewis in 2018. Lindsay previously served as an intern to Judge Michael Baylson of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
