Lisa Cargill advises on a wide range of asset-backed securitization and structured finance matters. Her work includes acting for financial institutions, investment funds, and corporates on public and private transactions that cover a variety of asset classes across a number of jurisdictions (such as auto loans, trade receivables, equipment leases, insurance premium loans, residential mortgages, and corporate and consumer loans originated through marketplace lending platforms). In particular, Lisa has experience in transactions involving asset-backed commercial paper conduits and in structuring pan-European funding platforms.
