Appearing in both US federal and state court, Lisa M. Rodriguez represents private and public employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including disputes involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also defends wage and hour class and collective actions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Lisa defended public entities in labor and employment matters. She is an associate representative for the firm’s Hispanic/Latino Lawyer Network.
While in law school, Lisa served as a judicial extern to Judge John Kronstadt of the Los Angeles Superior Court and as a law clerk with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
