Lise T. Lipowsky’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, fund formation, and general corporate and governance matters. She represents private equity sponsors on both the buy-side and sell-side, including LBOs and other control and non-control equity investments, and their portfolio companies in add-on acquisitions and dispositions. Lise also represents strategics and other business owners and acquirers in a variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, investments, and joint ventures.
