Lindsey T. Mills concentrates her litigation practice on white collar disputes, including civil and criminal government investigations and qui tam litigation arising under the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Clients also rely on her to conduct internal compliance investigations on their behalf, including those involving off-label promotion, fraud, and abuse. Additionally, Lindsey regularly defends clients in the healthcare, technology, and financial services industries, often in complex commercial litigation matters.
Lindsey spent two years as a law clerk for Judge J. William Ditter, Jr., of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She returned to the firm in 2014 upon completion of her clerkship.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis in 2010, Lindsey participated in the firm’s Public Interest Fellowship Program, working as an assistant district attorney in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. In that capacity, she served in the Pre-Trials and Major Crimes units, prosecuting bench and jury trials involving a wide range of crimes, including assault, theft, drug possession, and driving under the influence.
