Laura Neumeister Wright represents developers, lenders, and investors on project financings, tax equity partnerships, sales, and acquisitions of renewable energy generation projects. Laura also advises clients on secured and unsecured commercial loans, asset-backed financings, back-leverage financings, and other business and financial matters. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Laura was an associate in the finance practice for an international law firm.
