Leon E. Salkin focuses his practice on representing registered investment companies and investment advisers in regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. He has experience with the creation, registration, operation, and reorganization of open- and closed-end funds, as well as with investment company status issues. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Leon was an associate in the Boston office of another international law firm. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an M.A. in mathematical finance.
