Marisel Acosta represents individual and corporate clients in a wide range of litigation matters. She focuses on commercial litigation, class action litigation, and corporate investigations, and advises clients on electronic discovery matters and disputes. Marisel began her career at Morgan Lewis with an exclusive focus on counseling companies on pension plans and executive compensation arrangements. She leverages that experience in her current practice when litigating issues arising out of employment terminations.

While in law school, Marisel served as a judicial intern to Judge Dolores K. Sloviter of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before law school, Marisel worked as an employee benefits professional in the Philadelphia and Malvern areas in Pennsylvania.
