Margot G. Bloom counsels clients in their disputes concerning mergers and acquisitions, including commercial contracts and indemnification issues, as well as securities litigation. While Margot handles litigation across several industries, she primarily represents financial services and manufacturing industries, advising on all phases of litigation—from commencement through trial and appeals. Clients are chemical manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, financial advisory firms, securities broker-dealers, former brokers, and other broker-dealers. Margot defends publicly held companies and their directors in shareholders’ class and derivative actions.
