Marina Goland focuses on the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation, advising on various issues relating to tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and welfare plans. She works with clients on voluntary correction programs, COBRA compliance, ERISA liability, fiduciary issues, deferred compensation, 409A requirements, equity compensation, and other executive compensation issues.
