Marisa Chaves represents clients in complex mass tort, asbestos, product liability, and general liability litigation. She has extensive experience litigating complex toxic tort cases, and successfully represents clients in all phases of litigation, including trial. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Marisa also represented Native American Tribes, Councils, and Judicial Officers in various litigation matters and other areas including contract and transactional work, and juvenile dependency. She also drafted ordinances to be enacted on Tribal Land.
